Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools. Inspect electrical systems, circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs. Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and circuit schematics. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other maintenance staff. Maintain records of maintenance and repair work. Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to prevent accidents.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma/Certification in Electrical or relevant field. Proven experience as an electrician in an industrial, commercial, or residential setting. Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and testing equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Awareness of occupational safety and electrical regulations.
