Qualifications

Diploma

(Electrical Engineering) or ITI Electrician certification

Experience:

0-2 years in electrical installation or maintenance

Freshers with ITI

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, switches, sockets, lights, motors, and control panels Perform both breakdown and preventive maintenance Conduct routine inspections of electrical setups to identify faults or wear Troubleshoot and repair issues in circuits, panels, and wiring using basic tools (e.g., multimeter, megger) Maintain accurate records of daily tasks, materials used, and maintenance activities Ensure the proper operation and cleanliness of all electrical assets at the site Strictly follow all safety procedures, including PPE usage and lockout/tagout practices Assist senior electricians during large-scale installations or repairs

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems Ability to read simple circuit diagrams and wiring layouts Proficient in using electrical tools and testing devices Awareness of fire safety and electrical safety standards Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong teamwork and communication abilities

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel to different project sites across Odisha Physically fit -- able to stand, climb, and lift as required Flexible to work overtime or attend emergency call-outs
