Responsible for safe installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems in distillery operations to ensure uninterrupted and compliant plant functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, pumps, and control panels
Handle electrical maintenance in production, bottling, and utility areas
Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety, and statutory norms
Attend breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance
Work with PLC panels, MCC panels, and instrumentation support
Maintain records of maintenance activities and inspections
Follow GMP, safety, and distillery SOPs strictly
Requirements:
ITI Certification in Electrician trade
Experience in distillery / brewery / factory environment preferred
Knowledge of hazardous area safety and flameproof equipment
Willingness to work in shifts
Skills:
Electrical fault diagnosis
Safety awareness in flammable environments
Team coordination
