Job Title: ITI Electrician - Roll Forming Industry

Department: Maintenance / Electrical

Location: Jigani - Unit 2

Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Electrical Supervisor

Qualification & Experience

- ITI Electrician (Mandatory)

- Electrical License - Preferred

- 2 to 5 years of experience in roll forming / sheet metal / manufacturing industry

Job Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems of roll forming machines and related equipment.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

- Identify and rectify electrical faults in AC/DC motors, control panels, MCC panels, and power circuits.

- Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, drives, sensors, and PLC-based control systems.

- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.

- Ensure proper functioning of safety systems such as emergency stops, interlocks, limit switches, and overload relays.

- Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and electrical modifications.

- Coordinate with mechanical maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.

- Maintain electrical maintenance records, logbooks, and spare parts inventory.

- Follow plant safety rules, electrical standards, and statutory compliance requirements.

Skills & Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems

- Experience in roll forming / sheet metal machinery

- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, and VFDs

- Panel wiring and troubleshooting skills

- Preventive and corrective maintenance practices

Preferred Competencies

- Knowledge of ISO, 5S, and TPM practices

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Strong problem-solving and fault analysis ability

Working Conditions

- Shift-based working

- Standing for long hours and working at heights when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,885.30 - ?29,022.51 per month
