We are looking for Apprentice Trainee - Welder for our state-of-the-art Sanand Manufacturing Plant. Trainees will go through a structured one-year training program and will be trained in various aspects of welding operations, fabrication processes, and heavy manufacturing practices.

Qualification Required:

ITI - Welder (Fresher, 2024/2025 pass out)

Essential Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):


Performing welding operations (Arc Welding, MIG, TIG, etc.) as per shop requirements. Working on fabrication and assembly processes under supervision. Understanding and following welding drawings, symbols, and process instructions. Maintaining welding equipment and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Exposure to power generation repair workshop machinery & welding technologies. Supporting production teams in achieving quality and productivity targets.
