Assist senior technicians in preventive & breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
Perform basic maintenance tasks: lubrication, tightening, inspection
Support in installation, testing and repair of mechanical/electrical equipment
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Help prepare maintenance logs and daily reports.
Support engineers in preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance
Assist in troubleshooting of equipment failures
Work with PLC machines, motors, compressors (as trained)
Participate in root cause analysis under senior supervision.
Maintain maintenance records & update logbooks
Ensure adherence to safety & quality processes
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems.
Willingness to learn and work on shopfloor.
Good discipline, punctuality & safety awareness.
Basic technical knowledge of machines/equipment
Understanding of drawings (mechanical/electrical)
Good communication & learning attitude
Ability to work in a team environment
Stipend / Salary: As per Apprenticeship Act / Company norms
