Experienced ITI AOCP professional skilled in operating and monitoring chemical and pharmaceutical process equipment. Proficient in batch operations, reactor handling, and maintaining process parameters as per SOPs and GMP standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI Certification in AOCP (Attendant Operator - Chemical Plant).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pharma or Chemical manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of chemical process operations, batch documentation, and GMP standards.
Understanding of reactors, distillation units, filtration, and drying systems.
Awareness of safety protocols and hazardous material handling.
Basic understanding of instrumentation and process control.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor process equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, and condensers.
Carry out batch processing operations as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Measure and mix raw materials, ensuring accurate quantity and quality control.
Maintain process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, pH, etc.) within specified limits.
Handle hazardous chemicals safely and follow proper PPE and safety guidelines.
Record process data and maintain accurate log sheets, ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and changeover of production equipment.
Report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety incidents to the supervisor.
Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
