Roles and Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.

Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.

Manage IT assets, licenses, and system updates.

Implement cybersecurity best practices and compliance measures.

Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources.

Collaborate with other departments to meet their technology needs.

Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

2. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Role:

Managing and optimizing ERP systems to streamline business processes.

Implement, customize, and maintain ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations.

Ensure data integrity and perform system audits.

Provide user training and ongoing technical support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.

Identify and fix ERP system issues and bugs.

Manage ERP updates, patches, and system upgrades.

Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
