Your Role and Responsibilities
Identity sub-domain within CIO organization is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team of expert Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineers. The role will be reporting directly to the Identity Engineering Services Business Manager and will be responsible for providing IAM services to mainframe servers required for Japan business units.

• Participate in the overall project planning via Agile process of Backlog grooming, Iteration Planning
• Playback sessions with Product Owners, Designers, the other Squad Tech Leads, overall Lead
• Architect as well as with the Agile Coach and Master Iteration and Project Manager
• Execute independently, self-starter, take initiative, and resourceful.
• Work experience in agile environment and implementation of agile ceremonies.
• Experience managing multiple teams and deliverables in an Agile way.
• Great communication skills in English and organizational skills
• Experience with source control management tools (GitHub, Jenkins) and using Agile lifecycle management tools like Jira.
• Self-directed towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
• In this position, you will work on user access management for mainframe system. They mainly deal with user ids and their access management. Here we will use mainly the following tools to do that.
  • Access Hub.
  • IRT (IBM Registration tool)
  • TSS (Total Security System)
    • TSS has main three features.
      • User-used authorization registration
      • Resource registration
      • User ID Registration
• JCL (Job control language which is programs written in mainframe for automating certain tasks)
• Here the Mainframe team is the one supporting IAM operations on zOS platform, and Distributed team is the one supporting IAM operations on UNIX platform.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experienced in Z/OS, RACF
• Understanding of DB2 and JCL
• Experience in Identity Access Management
• Japan IAM Team management
• Process management (including process document review and improvement)
• IAM overall BAU work improvement.
• Act as Japan IAM focal point for other teams/stakeholders
• Communication and coordination with global team
• Audit support, Reporting and WIP and backlog management.
• Facilitate Team standup.

• Identity and Access Management Process
• Be familiar with Notes, Slack, Community Forums
• Familiar with IAM
• Sound technical knowledge on data analytics.

• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management.

• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
