We operate nine schools, Grades VIII to X, across Pune, PCMC, and Navi Mumbai. We also run a unique College to Career program to support our student alumni till their first job.
We strive to give our students a fighting chance at college, career, and citizenship, through which they can lift themselves and their families out of poverty. We are known for our stellar results, world-class Professional Development, exciting leadership opportunities, and nurturing work culture. Currently, we serve 4500 students and 3000 student alumni through a strong team of nearly 300 staff members.
Within the C2C program, we run four sub-verticals:

What is iTeach Mitra?

The iTeach Mitra is a team of 4 student leaders from iTeach schools representing the 200 student alumni across all iTeach Schools in Navi Mumbai!

iTeach Mitra is a bridge between our student alumni and the college-to-career team; their major role is to ensure our students' alumni engage in the programs catered to in the college-to-career world.

Responsibilities of iTeach Mitra

Student Outreach:

Ensure students attend and benefit from iTeach programs by conducting one-on-one calls, home visits, and other tailored engagement strategies.

Health Checks:

Collect and systematically track essential student data to monitor progress and well-being.

Program & Project Execution:

Plan and implement community-building programs such as

Career Talks, Industrial Field Visits, Hobby Clubs, Sports Tournaments, Sharing Circles,

and the

Annual Alumni Fest

, fostering a strong support network among students.

Monthly Engagement Activities:

Drive student participation in monthly engagement activities and co-facilitate these sessions in collaboration with the assigned advisor.

School-to-C2C Transition:

Support the smooth transition of 10th-grade graduating students into the C2C program, ensuring they are oriented and integrated effectively.

Community Engagement:

Conduct home visits with Middle-Risk and Low-Risk students and facilitate small group sharing circles and community interactions to strengthen peer bonds and family engagement.

Apply for National Universities:

Over the course of this two-year journey, while we focus on building leadership through meaningful experiences, we also expect our student leaders to apply to national universities and pursue admission into top institutions for their higher education.

Paid Opportunity:

Stipend

- 4000/month.

Commitment

- 17 months of Internship starting from 1st Oct 2025, excluding a break of 3 months from 15th Dec 2027 to 15 March 2027 for board exams.

Time

- Daily 4.5 hours, 5 Days a week. *
