The IT&D Manager-Cyber Security Specialist - Pen Tester is a great opportunity to grow and develop in a team lead by a World Leading Security Expert with proven track in Europe and the United States in a very demanding global environment of FMCG and Pharma industry.

Accountabilities and tasks

• Execute pen testing across all ranges of technologies
• Search for vulnerabilities.
• Provide an assessment of the vulnerabilities found.
• Provide preventive and reactive actions against hacker attacks.
• Continuously learn and develop skills.

Key Outputs

• Develop of documentation and reports based on tasks executed, vulnerabilities found and document them.
• Develop recommendations and (in some cases) remediation plans.
• Develop risk analysis and Threat modeling.

Metrics

• Quality and engagement in hacker attacks.
• Quality and speed of reports.
• Knowledge gathering (certification and trainings).
• Agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Time and quality of pen tests.

Key Interactions/Stakeholders

• Co-operate with ISM, EISM, delivery teams including internal or external developers or vendors.
• Support procurement team with testing and buying of the IT solutions.
• Co-operate with security services vendors.

SkillsLiteracy in SQL, Linux, Microsoft OS, MacOS, iOS, Android.

• Literacy in using security tools: SCA, SAST, DAST, API fuzzing e.g. Burp / Owasp Zap.
• Literacy in cloud networks: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• IT Networks (OSI model, network devices, Internet protocols).
• Web applications.
• PowerShell / bash - at least the basics.
• Authentication methods (basic, JWT, OAuth 2.0).
• Literacy in REST, SOAP + tools like: Postman and SoapUI + curl.
• Understanding of C.I.A.A., Threat modeling, Risk matrix.
• Relevant certifications; preferred: CEH certificate (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISSP, OSCP or similar; Cloud Platforms.

Your responsibilities

- Lead the development and operation of security initiatives, ensuring robust cybersecurity strategies.
- Forge a strong alliance with cybersecurity suppliers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Drive the creation and upkeep of an IT security dashboard for real-time threat assessment and response.
- Elevate cybersecurity awareness, developing comprehensive training programmes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders for security risk management and incident response procedures.
- Guide a team towards delivering the highest standards of information security within Reckitt.

The experience we\'re looking for

- A strong foundation in ethical hacking and agile methodologies, enhancing our technological defences.
- An exceptional track record in deploying effective cybersecurity strategies.
- An ability to think creatively to tackle security challenges head-on.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in managing third-party IT service providers and offshore operations.
- A talent for clear communication, capable of articulating complex cybersecurity concepts with ease.
- Excellent analytical skills to swiftly assess and prioritise issues.
