Position Title: ITC Transformation Lead Job Location: Bangalore, KA-India

Summary

Aligned with the GFSO strategy and operating model rollout, assist the GPO to develop, document and deploy standard global processes, policies and controls, along with key technology and people aspects for the Global Invoice to Cash.
Coordinate the design and transformation of optimized processes to achieve operational excellence.

Background /Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting OR any 4-year degree with an applicable certification

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

Strong business acumen with a high degree of process and functional knowledge of end-to-end Invoice to Cash processes, finance transformation, global business services
Strategic mindset, action-oriented, drive for continuous improvement, ability to manage change and embrace disruption
Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholder groups to drive outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively, advise on challenging issues, and influence others inside and outside the organization to take specific action
