. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities, identify and connect with potential clients, and secure projects for our IT services portfolio. The BDE will focus exclusively on client acquisition, while all subsequent activities--including technical discussions, proposal development, and project execution--will be managed internally by

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through online platforms, networking, cold calls, and social channels.
Understand client requirements at a high level and connect them with the TechSimb technical team for detailed discussions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continuous business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and close initial agreements or MoUs for project initiation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the technical department.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and report on progress weekly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT sales, B2B client acquisition, or business development.
Good understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions (web, app, cloud, etc.).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
