We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Asset Analyst to manage physical IT hardware assets throughout their lifecycle--from procurement to disposal--ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Asset Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets including receiving, tagging, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and disposal.
Inventory Accuracy:
Maintain precise records of asset location, ownership, and status using ServiceNow HAM Pro and CMDB.
Process Coordination:
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and IT support teams to ensure timely and compliant asset handling.
Refresh & End-of-Life Support:
Facilitate hardware refresh cycles and coordinate end-of-life activities in alignment with company policies and environmental standards.
Compliance & Reporting:
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate asset data and documentation. Generate reports for stakeholders as needed.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between IT, procurement, and business units to ensure smooth asset operations and resolve issues proactively.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Minimum 5 years total experience, with at least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience working with ServiceNow HAM Pro and related modules.
Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems.
Basic technical knowledge of IT hardware (e.g., laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals).
Proficiency in ServiceNow HAM Pro, CMDB, and Discovery modules.
Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
