We are hiring an Italian Language Expert-B2 Certified Chat Process for Toolify Private Limited. This is a part-time, remote position with a job location in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Italian Language Expert, you will be responsible for providing chat support to Italian-speaking customers, solving their queries related to various services. The ideal candidate should have excellent language skills in Italian, as well as experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) and email support.

Qualifications and Skills

  • B2 certification in Italian language
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Italian
  • Experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) and email support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
