Assist Head Chef in Italian section
Prep ingredients (vegetables, sauces, pasta, pizza base, etc.)
Help in plating and service during peak hours
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work area
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Support smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Italian food preferred
Freshers or 1-2 years experience can apply
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
