Acts as the senior commis, directly supporting the CDP/DCDP in executing dishes and running the section when required.

Prepare mise en place and cook dishes under supervision.
Assist in pasta, pizza, antipasti, and grill preparation.
Maintain food quality and presentation.
Train Commis II & III in basic tasks.
Follow hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in an Italian kitchen.
Good understanding of Italian food basics.
Ability to work independently when needed.
3. Commis II - Italian CuisineSummary
Entry-mid level commis role focused on learning and supporting food preparation in Italian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with chopping, cutting, portioning, and basic cooking.
Support in preparing sauces, dough, pasta, and garnishes.
Maintain cleanliness and workstation hygiene.
Learn recipes and standards from senior chefs.
Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in a professional kitchen (Italian preferred).
