Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes
following traditional recipes and modern techniques.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food.
Assist in planning and developing
new Italian menu items.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
Manage inventory and assist
in ordering kitchen supplies.
Work collaboratively with the culinary and service teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience as an Italian Chef or Commis Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of
Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Culinary certification or diploma preferred (not mandatory).
