Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Chef de Partie (Italian cuisine)
in a hotel, restaurant, or fine-dining setup.
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Culinary diploma/certification preferred.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
