We are a 3-star facility hotel , committed to providing smooth operations and excellent service to our customers. To strengthen our IT infrastructure, we are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for mobile applications and in-house software.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and networking issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications.
Coordinate with vendors/partners for technical support when required.
Ensure smooth functioning of hotel/office IT systems and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Hands-on experience in:
Mobile App development & support (Android/iOS preferred).
Software installation, troubleshooting, and user support.
Hardware maintenance & repair.
Networking setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving ability and quick response to issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Preferred:
Prior experience in hospitality IT systems will be an added advantage.
