Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Building, configuring, operation and maintenance of Windows Servers
• User Administration and Access Management
• Administration & troubleshooting of operating systems, applications and tools
• Build, enhance and maintain tooling and scripts to automate repetitive tasks
• Deployment or Installation of Patches and Updates
• First Level support for IT Server Infrastructure
• Monitoring IT Systems (MS Server, Storage, ....)
• Ensuring that computer systems and operating systems are compliant with established configuration and security guidelines
• Participating in system design improvements and performance enhancements

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related Engineering field or a technical training program
• At least five years professional IT experience
• Very good knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows
• Strong experience in Windows server and virtualization technologies
• Good Knowledge of Azure Cloud
• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center products (SCOM, SCCM)
• Solid understanding of patch management best practices
• Good knowledge of Windows scripting (PowerShell)
• VMware Certified Professionals (VCP, VCAP, VCDX)
• Understanding Networking Fundamentals; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls for secure connectivity
• Knowledge of File Server, Active Directory and Group Policy
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good organisational skills
• Good time management
• Very good oral and written English skills
• Strong communication skills in an international environment
