Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure & Support

Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and CCTV surveillance systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues efficiently.

System Administration: Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and performance optimizations. Manage hardware procurement, inventory, and warranty services.

Technical Assistance: Provide prompt and effective technical support to all staff members via various channels (in-person, phone, email). Onboard new users by setting up their hardware and software.

Data & Backup Management: Ensure the security and integrity of all company data through scheduled and regular backups of computer data, servers, and CCTV footage.

2. Web Designing & Front-End Development

Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites. Ensure all web properties are optimized for SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Front-End Development: Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks to build interactive and dynamic user interfaces.

Visual & UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop to guide design and development processes.

Content Management: Administer and update existing websites using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

Domain Management: Oversee the timely renewal and management of all organizational domain names and web hosting subscriptions.

3. Cybersecurity & Systems Protection

Proactive Monitoring: Monitor network and email server logs for suspicious activities, including unauthorized access attempts, unusual traffic patterns or signs of a cyberattack.

Email Security: Manage and maintain the company's email domain, implementing and updating anti-spam filters and enforcing strong password policies.

Incident Response: Execute immediate action during a security incident, including isolating affected systems, blocking malicious IPs/URLs, disabling compromised accounts and restoring data from secure backups.

Training & Awareness: Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices for IT security, including how to identify phishing attempts and other cyber threats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2. Proven experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

3. Demonstrated proficiency in front-end web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and a strong portfolio of web design projects.

4. Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

5. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or Webflow.

6. Knowledge of basic networking concepts and cybersecurity best practices.

7. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

8. A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
