Metrix Engineers India Private Limited is seeking a skilled
IT & Travel Desk Coordinator
to manage IT operations and oversee the company's travel desk. This role requires a balance of technical expertise in IT support and administrative efficiency in travel management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT infrastructure operations while also coordinating travel arrangements for employees.
Key Responsibilities: IT Support & Management:
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
Provide end-user support for IT-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Manage company email accounts, software licenses, and IT assets.
Ensure data security, backup management, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and hardware procurement.
Travel Desk Management:
Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and local transportation.
Ensure cost-effective travel planning while maintaining employee comfort and company policies.
Process visa applications, travel insurance, and necessary documentation.
Maintain travel records, expenses, and coordinate reimbursements.
Liaise with travel agencies and negotiate corporate travel deals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in IT support and travel coordination.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and security protocols.
Experience with Microsoft Office, networking, and enterprise software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
Experience in corporate travel management is a plus.
Salary:
As per company norms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
