Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Training Centre Head to lead and manage our IT training department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing training strategies, managing trainers, ensuring high-quality course delivery, and aligning training programs with industry standards and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of IT trainers Design, develop, and implement IT training programs and curricula Ensure effective delivery of technical training (classroom, online, and hybrid) Monitor trainer performance and trainee outcomes Identify training needs based on market trends and organizational requirements Maintain and update course content as per latest technologies Manage training schedules, resources, and budgets Coordinate with management, sales, and placement teams Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications Track training metrics and prepare performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in IT training, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong technical knowledge in multiple IT domains such as:
o Networking & Security

o Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP)

o Software Development

o Systems & Infrastructure

Proven experience in team management and curriculum planning Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to align training programs with business and industry needs
Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant IT certifications (AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) Experience working with training institutes or corporate learning environments Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
