The IT Trainer will deliver technical training to students in classroom or online mode, ensure proper skill development, assist students in practical labs, and support the counseling team by guiding students about technical career paths in IT support, networking, cloud, or software fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for students in assigned IT modules (Hardware, Networking, IT Support, Cloud, Basic IT, etc.).
Prepare training plans, presentations, and practical assignments.
Provide hands-on lab support during practical sessions.
Track student performance and provide feedback.
Help students build project knowledge and interview readiness.
Coordinate with counselors for student progress updates.
Support placement department with technical mock interviews.
Keep curriculum updated as per industry trends.
Maintain discipline and positive learning environment in the classroom.
Technical Skills (depending on role):

Computer Hardware & OS Troubleshooting
Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routing basics)
CCNA / CompTIA (if advanced role)
Windows Server / Active Directory (optional)
Cloud Basics (AWS / Azure optional)
IT Ticketing Tools (Jira, ServiceNow etc.) - plus point
Soft Skills Required:
Good communication in Hindi + English
Patience in teaching & mentoring students
Presentation & classroom handling skills
Problem-solving & doubt clearing ability
Qualifications:
Graduate (Technical preferred but not compulsory)
Certifications (CompTIA / CCNA / Cloud) - added advantage
Experience in training OR 1-2 years industry experience preferred
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply (training supported)
