About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate

IT Trainer

who can turn tech concepts into "aha!" moments. You'll be responsible for

training students, interns, and professionals

in IT tools, programming languages, and modern frameworks.
Your role bridges knowledge and industry-readiness -- guiding learners from basics to deployment-level understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

technical training sessions

(both classroom) for IT. Develop, update, and maintain

training materials, exercises, and assessments

. Provide

hands-on training

on real-time projects and guide learners through practical implementation. Evaluate learner performance and provide continuous feedback. Stay updated with the

latest technologies, frameworks, and IT trends

. Coordinate with HR and Academic teams to plan training schedules and batches. Assist in designing new IT training programs and course modules.

Core Skills Required:

Strong knowledge in

any of the following domains

:

Web Technologies:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, React, or Node.js

Programming Languages:

Python, Java, C/C++

Database Management:

MySQL, MongoDB

Cloud / DevOps (Optional):

AWS, GitHub, CI/CD tools Excellent

communication and presentation

skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
