Job Title: IT Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Trainer to join our training institute. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver effective training in various IT subjects, including software development, programming languages, web development, and general computer skills. You will play a key role in guiding students and working professionals toward successful IT careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and online training sessions in IT-related subjects

Prepare and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments

Monitor student progress and provide individual support when needed

Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and technologies

Assist in curriculum development and content creation

Conduct workshops, assessments, and certification exams

Provide technical mentoring to students or interns

Collaborate with the academic and placement team for student success

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or relevant field

Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role

Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: Python, Java, Web Development, SQL, Networking, Data Structures, etc.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
