Computer Fundamentals, Basic & Advanced MS Office, Internet usage, AI integration tools, and Programming Languages
. The trainer will conduct both
online and offline sessions
and support students in building job-ready digital skills.
Key Responsibilities
Teach
Computer Fundamentals
(hardware, software, operating systems, file management).
Deliver training in
MS Office (Basic & Advanced)
including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Train students on
Internet usage
, email communication, online tools, and digital safety.
Introduce learners to
AI tools integration
Conduct training on
basic & advance programming languages
(such as Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript - as applicable).
Plan and conduct
hands-on practical sessions
, assignments, and assessments.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practice exercises.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback and doubt-clearing support.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
Computer Fundamentals & MS Office
.
Good hands-on experience with
MS Excel (formulas, functions, charts)
.
Knowledge of
Internet tools, email platforms, and digital collaboration tools
.
Basic understanding of
AI tools and automation for productivity
.
Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in
simple and easy language
.
Qualifications
Graduate in
Computer Science / IT / Any discipline with strong IT knowledge
.
Diploma / Degree in Computer Applications preferred.
Teaching or training certification is an added advantage (not mandatory).
Experience
1-3 years of experience in IT training or technical teaching preferred.
Freshers with strong technical skills and teaching ability may also apply.
