Conduct IT training sessions for students enrolled in KYP and Domain Skilling Programs.
Develop and deliver customized lesson plans and training modules.
Utilize innovative and interactive teaching methods to ensure maximum student engagement and understanding.
Curriculum Implementation:
Align training programs with KYP and Domain Skilling guidelines and standards.
Stay updated on the latest tools, techniques, and curriculum updates relevant to the programs.
Student Management:
Assess the skill levels of trainees and adapt teaching methodologies to meet diverse learning needs.
Monitor student progress through regular assessments, assignments, and feedback sessions.
Address queries and provide mentorship to support student development.
Program Administration:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
Collaborate with program coordinators and administrators to ensure smooth program execution.
Assist in the mobilization and enrollment process when required.
Technology and Skill Development:
Train students in IT fundamentals, computer applications, and domain-specific IT skills.
Guide students in practical, hands-on projects and assignments to enhance real-world readiness.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure high-quality delivery of training sessions in compliance with program standards.
Continuously improve training methodologies based on feedback and program reviews.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Certifications in IT programs are a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience as an IT Trainer, specifically in KYP and Domain Skilling Programs.
Familiarity with training tools, e-learning platforms, and assessment methodologies.
