About the S&L Program:



Started in 2004, the Skilling & Livelihood program equips underserved youth and women with industry-relevant skills in IT-ITes, BFSI, Telecom, and digital literacy. It has trained over 32,000 students and successfully placed 8,000+ in jobs. It also empowers women through creative skill training under the Sukriti brand, promoting financial independence and dignity.

Role Overview - IT Trainer:



The IT Trainer will deliver curriculum-based training, support community outreach, facilitate job placements, and ensure quality education delivery at the centre. The role demands both teaching expertise and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver a structured IT curriculum in coordination with the centre team Develop teaching material (notes, assessments, activities) Conduct sessions on computer literacy and technical skills Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records Promote enrollment through outreach and mobilisation Organise workshops, events, and student engagement activities Submit weekly training progress reports

Eligibility & Skills:



1-2 years' experience in training, MIS, or data compilation Graduate/Postgraduate in Computers (BCA/MCA preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel), MySQL, AI tools, Google Sheets, Looker Studio Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and work in community settings
