Conducting Training:
Deliver training sessions, both in-person and online, covering various IT topics and software applications.
Needs Assessment:
Analyze training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop appropriate training materials and programs.
Curriculum Development:
Design and prepare lesson plans, training materials, and exercises to enhance learning.
Training Delivery:
Present information clearly and effectively, using various teaching methods and technologies.
Evaluation and Feedback:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve delivery and content.
Technical Support:
Offer guidance and solutions to software-related issues and problems.
Staying Current:
Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
Learning Environment:
Prepare and maintain a conducive learning environment, including setting up IT equipment.
