About the Role:

We are looking for a

Full Stack Web Development Trainer

who specializes in taking students from "Zero to Hero." Our students often come from

IT backgrounds

or are working professionals seeking a career switch/promotion. We don't just need a coder; we need a

mentor

who can simplify complex programming concepts for absolute beginners.

Key Responsibilities:

Simplify the Complex:

Teach HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Backend technologies to students with

no prior coding experience

.

Career Transformation:

Guide professionals and freshers to build portfolios that help them switch careers or get promoted.

Hands-on Training:

Move beyond theory--focus on live coding, debugging, and building real-world projects (E-commerce, CRM, etc.).

Patience & Mentorship:

Hand-hold students who struggle with logic building and motivate them to complete the course.

Curriculum:

Cover the Full Stack (Frontend + Backend + Database) ensuring industry relevance.

Required Tech Stack:

Frontend:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Tailwind/Bootstrap.

Backend:

Node.js/Express

OR

Python/Django (Preferred).

Database:

MongoDB & SQL.

Who Should Apply?

You have excellent communication skills (Hindi/English) and can explain technical terms in layman's language. You have a passion for teaching and helping people change their lives through technology. Experience: 1+ Years (Developers with a flair for teaching are welcome).
