Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver interactive training sessions on full stack development (front-end, back-end, databases, and deployment).
Design and update course materials, assignments, and projects to ensure practical learning.
Guide learners through coding exercises, real-world projects, and troubleshooting.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and tools to keep training content relevant.
Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners.
Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience
in full stack development or training.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
Proficiency in back-end frameworks (Node.js, Express, Django, or similar).
Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
