About the NGO:

DASHMESH Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to empowering underprivileged youth and communities through education, skill development, and social upliftment. The foundation aims to bridge the digital divide by providing practical IT education that improves employability and self-reliance.

Job Purpose:

The IT Trainer will deliver basic to intermediate computer training and also support the foundation in enrolling students into paid computer courses to ensure program sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on basic computer skills Teach Computer Fundamentals, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email Prepare lesson plans, training material, and practical exercises Assess student progress and maintain training records Support students with doubts and practical problem-solving Achieve a minimum target of 10 enrollments per month in paid computer courses Counsel students and parents about available computer courses Support outreach and promotional activities

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred) Teaching or training experience preferred (freshers may apply) Good knowledge of computers and common software Good communication skills (Punjabi/Hindi; English preferred) Target-oriented, self-motivated, and socially committed
