The IT Trainer (Faculty) will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in Information Technology subjects. The role involves classroom instruction, practical lab sessions, preparing study materials, mentoring students, and ensuring they are industry-ready with technical knowledge and hands-on skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and lab-based training sessions on IT subjects such as Programming, Networking, Databases, Web Development, and Emerging Technologies.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, practical assignments, and assessments.
Teach and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Provide individual support and doubt-clearing sessions for students.
Guide students in projects, internships, and career-related skill development.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and certifications to enhance course content.
Monitor student progress, maintain attendance records, and evaluate performance.
Collaborate with academic staff to improve curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Motivate and mentor students for certification exams and placement preparation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong subject knowledge in IT (Programming, Software, Networking, Databases, etc.)
Good teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle both theory and practical sessions effectively.
Patience, mentoring attitude, and student-friendly approach.
Knowledge of e-learning tools, online teaching platforms, and digital resources.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Teaching / Training experience in an academic institute preferred.
Industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.) are an added advantage.
Freshers with strong IT skills and passion for teaching may also apply.
