Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Trainer

with strong practical knowledge in

Advanced Excel, MS Office, Tally, Data Analytics, Business Analytics

, and visualization tools like

Power BI and Tableau

. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering structured and engaging sessions to students, working professionals, and corporate teams, both

online and offline

.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured and interactive training sessions on:

MS Office Suite

: Word, Excel (including Advanced Excel), PowerPoint, Outlook

Accounting Tools

: Tally ERP

Data Analysis Tools

: Power BI, Tableau

Database Concepts

: SQL (MySQL, MSSQL)

Analytical Skills

: Data Analytics, Business Analytics fundamentals Prepare and update training content, project assignments, and assessments Conduct regular Q&A and doubt-clearing sessions Track student or participant progress and provide constructive feedback Stay current with industry trends, exam/certification standards Optionally assist in recording training content or contributing to online platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, IT, Business, or related field

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a trainer or working professional in relevant domains Strong command over

Advanced Excel functions

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, etc.) Clear understanding of

data analysis and visualization

using BI tools Good communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify complex topics for learners of all levels

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

Experience with

Power BI DAX

, Tableau dashboards, or Google Data Studio Knowledge of

basic financial or accounting principles

Exposure to real-time data projects or analytics use-cases Prior experience with

online teaching platforms

, YouTube, or LMS content creation
