Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software. Provide first-level technical support to internal users (troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues). Monitor and report on system performance and IT operations. Help maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and user manuals. Support the setup of new employee workstations and user accounts. Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and audits. Assist in ensuring data security, backups, and recovery protocols are followed. Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month

Ponneri, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
