Key Responsibilities

Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end users Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications Monitor system performance and report irregularities or potential issues Help maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and logs Participate in ongoing IT projects, including system upgrades, network improvements, and security initiatives Provide technical support via email, phone, or in person Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices for IT operations and security Continuously learn new technologies and tools to support organizational needs

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and work well within a team

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Exposure to cybersecurity concepts Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
