Manages the defect management process during the testing phase/effort. Coordinates resolution of issues impacting the progress of testing. Suggests, creates, or adds test cases. Conducts and/or participates in peer reviews of test cases and test plans. Identifies optimization areas and roadmap. Participates in test status calls and other project discussions. Coordinates training for new employees. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
