We are looking for an energetic Tele sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting our products/services and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or services.
Follow up on leads generated via campaigns, inquiries, or referrals.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Respond promptly to customer questions and resolve their issues or concerns.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services when possible.
Schedule appointments or product demos for field sales representatives if needed.
Share feedback from customers to help improve products, services, or processes.
Requirements:
Fresher's, recent graduates or students looking for internships are welcome.
Any degree or academic background is acceptable
- training will be provided.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in sales and basic understanding of IT products is a plus.
Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet usage).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
