What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
As specialist SM Level you are responsible for:

• Ensuring Day to Day quality service delivery
• Defining and tracking various service KPI and SLA\xe2\x80\x99s
• Deescalating the running escalations
• Working towards automating various day to day operational tasks
• Planning, setup, implementation, and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLA
• MIS reporting
• Handling the OnCall duty
• Able to coordinate and orchestrate the work between the teams
• Strong collaboration with other units within and outside ECS units

What you bring

• 
  7+ year work experience in server and Linux administration
• 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in service delivery in global teams
• Working experience with public cloud service provides (Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services)
• Experience in managing global escalations
• ITIL Process knowledge in Service Request and Problem Management area
