:
1. Maintaining and supporting organization's computer systems, networks, and software to ensure they run smoothly and securely.
2. Provide technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new components, and implementing security measures.
3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize disruption, including coordination in repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
4. Implement and manage security protocols, monitor for unauthorized access, and perform security audits to protect data.
5. Stay updated on new technologies and recommend upgrades
