Job Title: IT Software Executive

Location: Office

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Experience: 1-2 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for software and hardware issues.

- Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems and applications.

- Maintain and update company software systems and ensure smooth operation.

- Collaborate with internal teams for software testing, documentation, and updates.

- Handle minor hardware troubleshooting and coordination with vendors if needed.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IT software.

- Good understanding of computer hardware, networking, and system configuration.

- Basic knowledge of databases, web technologies, or scripting languages is a plus.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or IT

- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

Working Hours:

Full-Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00PM (Monday to Saturday)

Part-Time: Flexible timing (minimum 4 hours/day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
