1. Good knowledge of IT systems, computers, and software

2. Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments

3. Understanding of common applications like MS Office, antivirus, etc.

4. Basic knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, IP, LAN, routers)

5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills

6. Install and configure software and operating systems

7. Provide day-to-day IT support to staff

8. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, and applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
