Provide day-to-day technical support to teachers, students, and administrative staff.
Troubleshoot issues related to computers, printers, projectors, Wi-Fi, Smart Boards, biometric systems, etc.
Install, update, and maintain software and hardware across the campus.
Ensure all systems are functioning smoothly during school hours.
2. Network & Internet Management
Monitor and maintain school LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Ensure safe, secure, and filtered internet usage on campus.
Resolve network connectivity issues promptly.
3. Smart Classes & Digital Learning Systems
Maintain Smart Class equipment (projectors, speakers, digital panels).
Assist teachers in using digital teaching tools and LMS platforms.
Manage classroom technology before and during school hours.
4. Data Management & School Software
Manage and update school ERP, attendance system, fee management system, and other digital platforms.
Support staff in generating reports, ID cards, certificates, etc.
Help maintain accurate digital records securely.
5. Website, Social Media & Communication Support
(if applicable)
Update school website with photos, notices, and announcements.
Support in creating digital content for school events and social media posts.
Assist in online admission forms, results, and parent communication platforms.
6. Security & Backup
Set up regular data backups for important school files.
Maintain antivirus and security software across systems.
Ensure safe handling of CCTV recording backups.
7. CCTV & Surveillance System
Monitor functioning of CCTV cameras and NVR/DVR systems.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repair.
Ensure all cameras are operational at all times.
8. Event & Exam Support
Provide audio-visual and technical setup for school events, assemblies, PTMs, and functions.
Support online/offline exams (computer labs, projectors, printing, etc.).
9. Coordination with Vendors
Coordinate with hardware/software vendors for repairs, upgrades, and AMC.
Keep records of IT inventory (systems, cables, accessories, licenses, etc.).
10. Other Responsibilities
Maintain IT lab discipline and assist students when required.
Suggest improvements for digital learning and technology upgrades.
Ensure all IT-related tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
