Core responsibilities

Maintenance and repairs:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, such as pumps, engines, and HVAC units, and respond to and fix breakdowns.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures by analyzing performance data and using testing instruments.

Planning and scheduling:

Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

Record keeping:

Maintain detailed logs and records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.

Inventory management:

Manage the stock of maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment, including placing orders and verifying receipts.

Safety compliance:

Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, procedures, and standard operating procedures.

Team coordination:

Work with other departments, supervise maintenance staff, and coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.

Process improvement:

Provide input for maintenance budgets, suggest new technologies, and help improve overall equipment reliability and efficiency.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
