Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.
• Ensure the security and integrity of computer systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical problems.
• Document and report on IT issues and solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to IT support.
