Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT professional to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, managing, and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and related technologies to ensure smooth and secure operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls. Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Windows and Linux environments. Monitor network performance and implement enhancements as required. Perform regular system backups and support disaster recovery processes. Document technical procedures, system configurations, and support issues. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security standards, and best practices. Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, software licensing, and technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Experience with Office 365 and common enterprise tools. Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
