Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting computer systems and networks to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Install and configure operating systems, applications, and security tools.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights on Windows/Linux environments.

Monitor network performance and implement improvements when necessary.

Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery processes are in place.

Document technical processes and IT support issues.

Ensure adherence to IT policies and data security protocols.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software purchases and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

Proven experience in IT support or system administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac/Linux OS, Office 365, and common enterprise tools.

Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
