To handle technical support related to IT hardware and networking, maintain public relations for official work
Key Responsibilities
:
Technical (Hardware & Networking):
Installation, maintenance, and repair of computers, printers, and networking devices
Troubleshooting systems, OS installation, and driver support
LAN setup, basic networking, and cable management
Provide support for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
Public Relations (PRO) Work:
Visiting government/private offices for document submission or collection
Coordinating with officials, vendors, and clients for official tasks
Representing the company in various field-related work
Maintaining good communication with external departments
Driving
Driving two-wheeler/four-wheeler for official duties
Qualifications
:
ITI in Hardware & Networking / Electronics / or relevant technical field
1-3 years of hands-on experience in technical and fieldwork
Valid Driving License (Two-wheeler / LMV)
Skills Required
:
Good knowledge of computer hardware and basic networking
Communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and ability to multitask
Knowledge of local routes and official procedures
Self-motivated and trustworthy
